Cadaques Caribe architectural style recreates a Mediterranean town in the 18th. Century with Italian and Spanish influence. Narrow streets going through the space progressivelly opening up in small squares that lead to the main square facing the Caribbean Sea. From this point on, a Palm Promenade will embrace you till the pristine waters of the Cadaques Caribe beach
There are three main areas in the project:
-Access area including parking lots and general services.
-The residencial lots with villas and Club House with the main pool
-Cadaques town where condos and stores create an unique atmosphere of life.

The town of Cadaques will have till three stories buildings adapting their forms to the irregular architecture of an old village. Stores and amenities combined with appartments are to find in the ground floor. The first and second floor have been designed just for residential use.
Terraces and balconies in the appartments will allow you to enjoy the breeze and views of the Caribbean. Decorative Spanish style inclined roofs will bring life to the fassades and will reproduce the evolution of an old town that has been growing over the years.
